The Story of Propeller Drones
In 2021, while each was deeply immersed in his military and business career, Itamar Kohali — a retired IDF Colonel — and Tal Yadin — a former combat intelligence officer — sat down over coffee (or maybe it was a beer… we’re not sure). During their conversation, a realization hit: what the military and business worlds had to offer simply didn’t meet the evolving demands of the modern market.
“Drones are the future,” said Itamar.
“But who’s going to fly them?” replied Tal.
And that’s the moment Propeller Drones was born.
They recognized the rising need for professional drone services and advanced training, and set out to create a company that would revolutionize the drone service industry in Israel. What began as a small idea quickly gained momentum — and Propeller Drones has since grown into the country’s leading drone service provider.
From humble beginnings, Propeller has grown 20-fold since its launch. But we’re not stopping there. With our sights set on global expansion, our mission is to bring high-performance drone services to every corner of the world — because why stay grounded when the sky’s the limit.
